The Hope Initiative
The HOPE (Habits that Offer a Positive Existence) Initiative is a holistic, authentic, engaging, thought-provoking, introspective, person-centered wellness initiative. The HOPE Initiative is a unique approach that focuses on four crucial elements of Self Care and Resiliency.

The objective of the HOPE Initiative is to offer effective wellness strategies and coping mechanisms that will reduce anxiety, absenteeism, unnecessary and avoidable stress, attrition, and burnout. The time devoted to this approach offers the individual an opportunity to reflect, renew, regain, and actively participate in developing a Post Pandemic Mindset. Participants will gain an understand of the following:
· Participants will gain a greater understanding of the importance of recognizing internal and external stressors that negatively impact their professional, emotional, and physical well-being.
· Participants will be provided strategies, resources, and effective methods to minimize or eliminate negative stressors impacting their lives, thus resulting in positive outcomes and greater emphasis on taking care of one's emotional wellness.
The following learning outcomes will be accomplished:
· Participants will acquire effective wellness strategies, mindful-methods and accessible resources to reduce their levels of anxiety, absenteeism, unnecessary stress, and employee burnout.
· Participants will gain the necessary skills and tools necessary to increase their Mental Health and Wellness, Self-Awareness, Self-Care, Attendance, Morale, and Productivity.
